We have always made our own natural products and offer an ample selection to our guests: Carinthian bacon, venison sausage, Glundner cheese, sour cheese, cottage cheese, curd, Liptauer cheese spread, butter, whey, farm bread, Reindling (cake), home-raised calf, mutton, pork, goat, kid, venison and trout as well as homegrown vegetables and herbs. You are welcome to take part in cheese making or in the churning of butter.
