"Austria’s First Wellness Farm®" is a very special seminar and holiday farm.
 At its heart lies the concept of "back to nature". In our going "back", we are instead truly moving forward as individuals and as a human race.
The newly built seminar room is optimally suited for any type of seminar and is unique in its execution and detail. Large windows toward the east provide a beautiful view of our gentle rolling mountains in the Nockberge National Park and toward the southwest a view of the Tauern range. It makes you feel like a part of nature. Surrounding forests guarantee the private sphere of the group. The equipment includes meditation pillows, blankets, tables, chairs, laptop with LCD-TV (106 cm screen with USB, RGB and HDMI connections), stereo equipment, flip chart, moderating material, etc. The seminar room is 85m2, has a toilet, shower, cloakroom, fully equipped kitchen, tiled fireplace and couches. It accommodates groups of ten to twenty persons.
The relaxed atmosphere at the seminar guarantees success for every participant.  We created the "Weg zur Urkraft" (Path to Elemental Force) for outdoor exercises. This path includes tree and stone meditations, a sweat lodge area, a blockhouse sauna with natural waterfall shower and an open meadow glade. The surrounding area has a geomantic connection with spaces of elemental force and thus is charged with positive energies. Seminar participants can use the wellness area and take advantage of our wellness offers. According to your needs, the wellness farmer’s wife attends to your physical well-being (half or full board) with specialties of vegetarian and Carinthian cuisine from homegrown organic foods as well as offering of Austrian and international wines.
